I'm Courtney — Reiki Master Teacher, coach, and guide for those who've felt "too much" or "not enough" in a world that wasn't built for their brilliance. My work helps you feel safe in your body again, so real healing can actually take root.

What To Expect
Many of my clients have never received Reiki before, and many have carried experiences that make any kind of touch or energy work feel like a risk. I want you to know:
✓ You are always in control of the session
✓ Nothing will happen without your consent
✓ You can pause, change direction, or end early — without judgment, without explanation
✓ Your nervous system is the priority
A typical session includes a short check-in, the Reiki treatment (you stay fully clothed), and time afterward to share, ground, or simply rest in what came through.
You don't need to arrive prepared. You just need to arrive.

Reiki is a beneficial healing modality that is very popular in utilization for health and wellness. With a foundation on energetic principles, it is practiced in many hospitals, medical settings, and in private practices all around the world. Based on the notion that all humans have energy fields and life forces that keep us alive, according to the Reiki practice, physical, mental, and emotional issues can occur if this energy becomes low or blocked. The purpose of Reiki is to promote good health by balancing these energy fields.

During the session, the practitioner will place his or her hands lightly on or near your body in a series of hand positions, including positions around the head and shoulders, the stomach, and the feet, as well as other positions depending on the client's needs. The client may feel a very slight tingling, heat/cool, pulsating, or nothing at all. The sensations or lack of are not a barometer of the Reiki, they are just how your particular body senses energy. You may feel peace and calm in your mind or physically in general. It is different for all clients but deep relaxation is almost always felt.

Please drink plenty of water to hydrate your body as your body’s energy system may be moving at a more optimum rate, so please care for yourself with water and healthy food during the day. It is beneficial to spend some quiet time that day or evening after your session to journal or to contemplate as you may have some insights and further mental clarity as your body continues to process the Reiki session to this item.

I'm a Reiki Master Teacher, intuitive guide, author, and student pilot — and my path to this work was not paved in a classroom. It was carved through grief.
First, I became a single mother to a prematurely born baby — and everything I thought I knew about life, strength, and love was rewritten in the quiet of the NICU. Later, I lost the love of my life. Two losses. Two reshapings. Two invitations to find meaning, stability, and peace in places the world couldn't point me toward.
Everything I do now is built from what I learned in the hardest seasons of my life: healing is possible, it is sacred, and no one should have to walk it alone.
