During a session, I use light touch (or no touch at all) to help calm and regulate your nervous system, creating the safe, settled state your body needs in order to facilitate its own healing. Intuitive guidance is woven throughout — insights, impressions, and messages that come through during our time together and often offer support well beyond the session itself.
