Reiki is a gentle energy healing practice that works with the body's natural life force to restore balance and well-being. During a session, I use light touch (or no touch at all) to help calm and regulate your nervous system, creating the safe, settled state your body needs in order to facilitate its own healing. Intuitive guidance is woven throughout — insights, impressions, and messages that come through during our time together and often offer support well beyond the session itself.
The Body Speaks
$77 - Body Compass Session
Your body may be communicating more than symptoms.
This session helps you explore the wisdom beneath the surface.
The Body Speaks: Body Compass Session is an intuitive guidance experience designed to help you explore what your body may be communicating beneath the surface.
This session includes focused intuitive guidance around two energy centers (chakras) that appear most connected to what you are navigating. Together, we explore how these centers may relate to your current experiences and what may be asking for awareness, support, or deeper understanding.
This is not Reiki, medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Rather, it is a compassionate space for reflection, intuitive insight, and reconnecting with the wisdom and communication of your own body.
Listen And Rebalance
You’ve become incredibly aware. You understand your patterns, your triggers, and the ways your past has shaped you. Yet, you still find yourself stuck in patterns you thought you had already worked through.
Listen & Rebalance is a personalized experience designed to help you slow down, listen to what your body is communicating, and create space for deeper regulation, awareness, and integration.
Through Body Speaks, Reiki, and intuitive guidance, we’ll explore what’s coming up beneath the surface and give you practical tools to help you work with your nervous system rather than constantly pushing against it.
Awareness is powerful, but awareness alone isn’t always enough.

Energetic House Clearing
Starting at $400
Your home holds energy — experiences, stress, transitions, and even things that were never yours to carry.
House clearings move through what's been lingering in your space, releasing the heaviness and restoring a sense of calm, clarity, and support you can actually feel.
Pricing
Because every home is different, pricing is determined individually based on the size of your space, the time required, and the energetic depth of the work. We'll talk through what your home needs on a brief discovery call, and I'll share clear pricing with you before we schedule anything.
